 Primarily I help you see how to build your own confidence in your personal life, at work and in your relationships by teaching you a series of steps that have proven with all of my clients to cultivate a deep sense of self worth, self care and unconditional love for yourself.

My coaching approach

Start off by completing a discovery call with me to discuss if a life coach is the right fit for you with no obligation to join. We begin right where you are and assess honestly where you are on your journey. What parts of you are holding you back from a happier and healthier life? Once we know this we can build your roadmap and begin moving through deeper transformation that you are seeking and ultimately achieve your goals in an unbiased and non judgmental environment.

Who do I help?

I help those who want to empower and embrace their authentic selves by accessing your own valuable resources. Those who are looking to build an unshakeable sense of self by learning the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve this.


I encourage you to come with an open mind and  an open heart to get the most out of the session. Just like any other successful partnership, I do expect my clients to engage and apply the information and exercises provided to the best of their ability. Results will be dependent upon client commitment and participation. It only makes sense to invest the time, energy and money into this important partnership if we are a great fit.


If  at any point I feel like your needs are out of my area of expertise, I will  communicate that with you and refer you to another professional to suit your needs. I am not a Doctor or a licenced therapist. My work is a collection of coaching and healing certifications. If you feel you suffer from a medical or chemical issue, I can refer you to the appropriate treatment.

 My own healing process inspired me to connect with others who had similar struggles, and since then, I have helped many individuals reinvent themselves and heal from the effects of a dysfunctional lifestyle.

Today, building on that personal experience and my background in helping others heal, I have dedicated myself to helping you heal from a life of trauma, self-doubt and pain to a more purposeful and fulfilled life.

At Shazia Life Coaching, I use a blend of holistic techniques in addition to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Mindfulness and Life Coaching.

I provide sessions tailored specific to your needs and what you would like to achieve. With 1:1 weekly online coaching sessions and email support in between. 

I will always create a safe  &  judgement free space for you to fully express yourself  with  100% confidentiality between us.

What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. NLP is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce their experience.

When we become aware of how you are perfectly creating a mindset you don’t want, you can change it. NLP offers a vast library of methods to change your mindset once we identify it, transforming or reprogramming the inner communication so that your experience changes.

 Change can happen as quickly as one session, but everyone is different and some issues you may need to work through more than others.


Life coaching is recommended as a block of 12 sessions which can incorporate all the technqiues  where necessary.

 The sessions will take place online via your prefered choice of video call. This could be through Facetime, Whatsapp, Viber, Zoom, Skype etc.
